While Congress led on 9 seats, NCPSP was ahead on 8 Lok Sabha seats.
As per the poll body, BJP was led on 12 seats while its key partner Shiv Sena (Shinde) was ahead on 7 seats.
Maharashtra is crucial for both the alliance as the state sends 48 members to the 543-member Lok Sabha.
Among the key candidates, NCP (Sharad Pawar)'s Supriya Sule was leading with 5,770 votes on Baramati, the Pawar family's bastion, against her close rival Sunetra Ajitdada Pawar of NCP.
BJP's Piyush Goyal was leading on Mumbai North seat with a margin of over 36,000 votes against his rival Bhushan Patil of Congress.
Former Union Minister Arvind Sawant of Shiv Sena UBT was leading on South Mumbai seat with a margin of over 2,822 votes against his rival Yamni Jadhav of CM Eknath Shinde group.
Imtiyaz Jaleel of AIMM is leading with 296 votes only from Aurangabad against Chandrkant Khere of SSUBT.
