LS seat: Quota activist Patil casts vote in Parbhani

Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange Patil on Friday cast his vote at the Gauri Gabdari polling station near his village in Jalna district, Parbhani Lok Sabha Constituency.

Jarange-Patil urged the Maratha community to cast their vote 100 pc, stating that polling is a festival of democracy and everyone should participate to strengthen it.

He further said he appealed to community voters to vote in favour of Maratha reservation and positive for close relative ordinance for reservation.

He also said since he has been agitating for a long time for reservations, his health is not well. Despite this, he expressed that he would cast his vote.

He already warned the state government that if the issue of reservation is not solved up to June 4, he will start agitation from June 6 onwards and will also contest the upcoming assembly election, which is due in the coming few months.
