CM EKNATH SHINDE UNVEILED SARHAD SHOURATHON 2024
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde - एकनाथ संभाजी शिंदे unveiled the lecture and site of the ‘Sarhad Shouryathon-2024’ competition organized by Sarhad Pune, Indian Army and in collaboration with Arham Sanstha Pune.
‘Sarhad Shouryathon-2024’ is organized on 30th June between Zojila War Memorial to Kargil War Memorial. This time Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Sanjay Bansode, State Production Fees Minister Shambhuraj Desai, Founder President of ‘Border’ Sanjay Nahar, President of ‘Arham’ and Chief Coordinator Dr. Shailesh Pagaria were present.
For the first time, the Indian Army has organized a Border Shouryathan-2024 (Marothane) competition on the occasion of Zojila War Vijay Silver Jubilee Year and Kargil War Vijay Silver Jubilee. Runners from different countries including India will take part in this competition. The main guide of this competition is Major General Sachin Malik (Ladakh Headquarters).
Kargil International Marathon has successfully organized in Kargil on behalf of Sarhad for the last six years. For that Indian Army has invited the border organization to organize this competition. 44km marothon, 25km marothon, 10 and 7 for men and women in this competition. 5km and distance competition as well as 4km competition for school and college students and the winners of this competition will be awarded cash prizes.
