'Work hard to defeat those who allegedly insulted great men', MPCC chief to party workers

Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president Nana Patole on Sunday appealed party workers to work hard to defeat those who have allegedly insulted great men and to save democracy and the Constitution of the country.

Addressing an election rally here for party candidate Ravindra Dhangekar, he said that people are suffering due to important issues like inflation, corruption, unemployment, but the (Narendra) Modi government at the Centre has fallen asleep like Kumbhkaran (brother of Ravana), he said. 

"We should win the battle to save democracy and Constitution by defeating the Modi government in this Lok Sabha election," he added.
