The Election Commission of India (ECI) has developed a 'Civil Citizen App' to file complaints of violation of model code of conduct (MCC).
Mumbai, Mar 21 The Election Commission of India (ECI) has developed a 'Civil Citizen App' to file complaints of violation of model code of conduct (MCC).
An official press statement issued here on Thursday stated that in case of violation of the code of conduct during the Lok Sabha elections period, ordinary voters can now complain directly to the EC via Civil Citizen App.
Complaints filed on this app are being acted upon within first 100 minutes, the statementt added.
