Governor appoints Dr. Sunil Bhirud as Vice-Chancellor of COEP Technological University
The new Vice Chancellors has been appointed for a tenure of five years from the date of assumption of office or till he attain the age of 65 years - whichever is earlier.

We are glad to share with you all that, His excellence, Hon. Governor of Maharashtra vide his letter, RB/COEP-24/CR-455/Edn.2/93, dated 23rd January 2024, has appointed Dr. Sunil Gangadhar Bhirud as the new Vice Chancellor of COEP Technological University, Pune
Dr. Bhirud is working as a professor in the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Technology at Veermata Jijabai
Technological Institute.
The new Vice Chancellors has been appointed for a tenure of five years from the date of assumption of office or till he attain the age of 65 years - whichever is earlier.
