A daily weather report here said that dry weather is likely to prevail in Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, and Rayalaseema during the next seven days.
Rainfall occurred at one or two places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, and dry weather prevailed over Yanam during the last 24 hours.
The highest maximum temperature of 40.8 degrees Celsius was recorded at Anantapur in Rayalaseema on Saturday, the report added.
