Rupee declines 3 paise against USD

The Rupee remained weak on Tuesday too, easing 3 paise at 83.50 against USD in opening session on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The local unit was seen weak due to strong Dollar against other world currencies.
The Rupee recorded intra days high and low at 83.47 and 83.52 respectively, dealer added.
