Cyclothon to be organised in Beed constituency as part of voting awareness under 'SVEEP' initiative

Cyclothon will be held in Beed Lok Sabha Constituency on April 28 (Sunday) and the citizens of Beed along with the Constituency District Election Officer Deepa Mudhol Munde will participate in the voting awareness program in large numbers.

An official release issued on Saturday stated that Cyclothon has also been organized tomorrow for voting awareness in six assembly segment s namely Beed , Kaij, Majalgaon, Ashti , Parli and Gevrai falling in Beed Lok Sabha constituencies.

Under the guidance of the District Election Officer, cycling has been organized under the SVEEP initiative.

In Beed Cyclothon will start from Social Justice Bhavan from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and will conclude at same place after taken out different routes.

In this cycle rally, the officers and employees of the district administration, revenue, police, members of Zilla Parishad Cycle Association, including members of Lions Club, Rotary Club, Women's Cycle Association will be present.

The District Election Officer has appealed that as many voters as possible should be a part of this cyclothon and give the message that "I will vote".

The District Election Officer has expressed the hope that media representatives working in print as well as electronic media should also be a part of this voting awareness cyclothon,the release added.
